Finance Manager

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to own budgeting and financial performance reporting across a diverse group of business units. You'll lead a small team of three, work closely with senior leadership, and be the go-to person for anything FP&A related.

This is a role for someone who's equally comfortable in the detail and in the boardroom.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the end-to-end budgeting cycle, from department-level inputs through to consolidated packs for senior management approval
• Owning monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis (actuals vs. budget) across multiple business units
• Preparing ExCom, Board, and management presentations with full supporting notes
• Building and maintaining long-term financial models: 5-year plans, 10-year cash flow projections, scenario-based forecasts
• Driving automation and modernisation of financial reporting
• Acting as the finance focal point for cross-functional teams and non-finance stakeholders
• Managing and developing three direct reports

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, plus a professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent) — this is a must
• 5+ years in FP&A or budgeting roles
• Strong Excel skills; SAP/SAC experience is a plus
• A clear communicator who can translate numbers into decisions
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or a multi-entity group structure is an advantage
