Title - Finance Officer-Fixed Asset Accounting
Location - Abu Dhabi
Type - Outsourced
Contract - 1 Year Extendable
Salary: Upto AED 15000
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting for asset additions, disposals, and transfers
- Performing bi-annual impairment analysis
- Managing cross-charges between business entities
- Tracking capital projects and ensuring timely capitalization
- Preparing asset movement schedules for financial statements
- Supporting automation and process improvements
- Providing accounting guidance aligned with IFRS standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA (preferred)
- 57 years of relevant experience in fixed asset accounting
- Strong understanding of IFRS and capital projects
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
