Duties:
- Review vendor invoices and process payments in both fiat and cryptocurrency, supporting business operations.
- Review budget applications and distribute crypto assets to platform users, ensuring smooth business support.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders within finance and other departments (e.g., marketing, business development) as well as external stakeholders to facilitate business operations.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, processes, and procedures, supporting overall business integrity.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including blockchain transparency audits, while coordinating audit processes and onsite work with key partners, such as those in Singapore.
- Participate in special projects and system enhancements as directed by the supervisor or manager, contributing to improved business functionality.
- Update daily and weekly bank and wallet reports.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned, in alignment with business needs.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or certified accountant (CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Background in finance operations, preferably in crypto or fintech, with hands-on experience in both fiat and crypto transaction processing.
- Experience in supporting operational tasks such as invoice processing and expense claims.
- Familiarity with crypto wallet management, blockchain explorers, or crypto transaction reconciliation is an advantage.
- Prior experience in audit or exposure to audit processes is a plus, particularly in financial or blockchain-related audits.
- Experience maintaining SOPs or process documentation in a finance environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and able to resolve issues in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal and external partners.
- Comfortable in a dynamic setting with shifting priorities, capable of handling pressure and meeting deadlines effectively.
- A continuous improvement mindset, curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to do things better.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel – Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data tools (SQL, Power BI, or equivalent) is a plus.
