Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee financial reporting processes, delivering timely and precise reports to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance operations team.
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Operations Lead should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred.
- Experience managing transactional finance teams
- Proven expertise in accounting and financial management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a finance team is advantageous.
