Kinetic is in partnership with a leading pharmaceuticsal company, who's looking to hire a Finance & Operations Manager to join their team in Dubai and oversee finance and operational activities across the MENA region.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage finance and operational activities across the MENA region, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and monitor company performance while ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate with external partners, including accounting firms, logistics providers, distributors, and other service providers to support business operations.
- Support commercial activities by overseeing order processing, supply chain coordination, and operational planning across multiple MENA markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and HR, to support regional business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Finance & Operations role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluent in English and Arabic is a must. French is a plus.
- Experience managing finance, budgeting, reporting, and operational processes.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, HR administration, and local commercial and trade procedures.
