Finance Operations Manager

Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Finance Operations Manager to join our Finance Department.

In this role, you will lead the University's day-to-day financial operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality accounting services while supporting the University's strategic objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA.
• 6–8 years of accounting and finance experience, ideally within the higher education sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, internal controls, and audit.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Banner, ADERP, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
