Finance Operations Manager

The Talent Collective are working with a leading consumer brand startup, with a highly recognised product in the market. We're looking to source a Finance Operations Manager to join them as they continue their expansion both within the UAE and internationally.

Accounts Receivable & Collections

Supplier Payments & Cash Disbursements

Cash Flow Forecasting & Liquidity Monitoring

Spend Governance, Budget Monitoring & Expense Controls

Finance Operations & Process Improvement

Payroll & Employee Reimbursements

SKILLS & CHARACTERISTICS NEEDED

3+ years experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,

or related roles

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field required

Professional certification such as CIMA, CPA, or equivalent is a plus

Experience with Big 4 Audit firms is highly desirable

Experience in consumer brands, eCommerce, retail, or omnichannel businesses

Strong understanding of financial operations and controls

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams

Able to operate in a fast-paced, growing business environment
