Job Description
1. Accounting Operations
- Prepare, record, and review daily accounting vouchers and ensure timely posting to the general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, and other accounting records.
- Accurately perform accounting for revenue, costs, expenses, intercompany transactions, third-party payables/receivables, prepaid expenses, and other related items.
2. Financial Reporting
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements on time.
- Prepare detailed financial reports required for internal management and decision-making.
3. Data Collection & Management
- Collect and organize financial and business operation data relevant to the company.
- Establish and maintain statistical ledgers and databases to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
4. Statistical Analysis
- Apply statistical methods and analytical tools (such as Excel, SQL, BI tools) to conduct multi-dimensional analysis of financial and business data.
- Regularly prepare statistical reports, including but not limited to marketing expense details, prepaid expense tracking, server cost analysis, and procurement payment statistics.
- Complete weekly and monthly budget statistics and consolidate pending payment details registered by the cashier.
5. Decision Support
- Identify operational issues and potential risks through data analysis and provide improvement recommendations.
- Provide data-driven decision support for budgeting, cost control, performance analysis, and management evaluation.
6. Process Optimization
- Participate in preliminary reviews of financial system workflows.
- Continuously optimize financial and statistical processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
7. Compliance & Audit
- Assist with internal and external audits, tax inspections, and other compliance-related activities by providing required documentation and data.
8. Other Duties
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or statistical roles.
- Candidates holding Junior or Intermediate Accounting Certificates are preferred.
Professional Knowledge
- Solid understanding of enterprise accounting standards, tax regulations, and basic statistical principles.
Language
- Fluency in Chinese language is a must.
Skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency: Skilled in PivotTables, VLOOKUP, IF functions, and other data analysis tools.
- Financial systems: Proficient in at least one mainstream accounting software
- Bonus skills:
- Experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience creating process flowcharts and professional PowerPoint presentations
