Leads end-to-end implementations of financial modules, managing budgets, and aligning cross-functional teams.
Resource & Budget Control: Track project financials, timelines, and scope changes while leading internal teams and external vendor partners.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the main link between finance business leads and technical consultants to translate business requirements into system design.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks early, plan mitigations, and handle prompt issue escalation.
Conduct and oversee compliance reviews to ensure regulatory and statutory adherence.
Perform advanced research, business analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project artifacts, documentation and records.
Adapting work schedules and processes so people in various locations can collaborate smoothly, maintain productivity, and support each other without being limited by traditional office hours.
Lead or support client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or Business Administration.
At least 10 to 15 years of total work experience in both finance & accounting functional role (at least Finance Manager level), as well as Financial Solutions (ERP) consultation & configuration for global MNCs, preferably in the Oil & Gas or related industry.
Exposure to complex, cross-border Accounting & Finance consulting and advisory projects.
Advanced Business English skills utilized for C-level executive reporting, presentations, and client engagement.
Certified Public Account (CPA) qualification is preferred. Other technical training or certifications such as PMP, SAP or Microsoft certification is advantageous.
Deep understanding of Financial modules and integration points with other business module such as Production, Material Management, Logistics, Warehouse, and etc.
Strong leadership, vendor negotiation, change management, and data migration oversight.
Proven experience in managing client relationships or project delivery.
Be able to occasionally or regularly work outside of standard local hours to communicate, attend meetings, or collaborate with various stakeholders and team members.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
High attention to detail with strong organisational and execution ability.
