Job Summary:

Drive finance input and oversight for strategic, cross-functional projects, ensuring financial perspectives are embedded in business decisions. Partner with the CFO to translate complex business discussions into actionable financial insights and guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate finance contributions to major initiatives (new business models, systems/process changes, investments, cost optimization), managing timelines, deliverables, and decision points
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models and decision-support tools for revenues, margins, cash flow, and project economics
  • Deliver high-quality management reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries highlighting risks, opportunities, and trade-offs
  • Provide finance business partnering to Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other functions, ensuring financial discipline and challenging assumptions
  • Facilitate clear communication and alignment between finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement and automation of finance processes, tools, and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CMA, CPA, or ACCA preferred
  • 5-8 years in FP&A or related finance roles, ideally in distribution, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and business drivers
  • Knowledge of distribution models, trade economics, pricing, margins, and supply chain costs
  • Advanced Excel, ERP, and BI tool proficiency; expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to drive initiatives in cross-functional teams
