What You Do
- Consistently produces exceptional reports from all payers
- Provides weekly updates on the status of all outstanding claims aging, both locally and internationally
- Monitors the flow of claims aging payments from all payers
- Collaborates internally to ensure accurate and constructive feedback for each reconciliation request
- Maintains strong, positive relationships with both Payers and Providers
- Escalates issues that require management attention
- Organizes all data and files for quick and easy access
- Optimize data flow and storage across systems through effective Data Management
What you bring
- Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Proficient in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Excellent communication and correspondence skills
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of responsibility
- A collaborative team player.
