We're looking for a detail-oriented finance professional to join our team in Dubai. This role combines financial reconciliation, settlement reporting, audit support, and process improvement—ideal for someone who enjoys working with transaction data, investigating discrepancies, and turning numbers into actionable insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reconciliation & Settlement Reporting

Reconcile payment gateway, bank settlement, and multi-currency transaction data. Prepare reports, apply and validate settlement accuracy and TPV/GMV metrics.

Cost Reconciliation & Audit Support

Reconcile banking, vendor, and commission-related costs. Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation, liaise with internal and external auditors, and support regulatory and compliance reporting.

Month-End & Financial Reporting

Manage month-end and year-end reconciliations, prepare margin breakdowns and profitability reports, support financial statement preparation, and monitor key financial performance indicators.

Financial Controls & Process Improvement

Maintain accurate financial records and reporting integrity, ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures, and improve reconciliation and operational efficiency.

Financial Planning & Automation

Support forecasting, financial modelling, and planning. Contribute to reporting automation and dashboard development, and provide actionable financial and operational insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with treasury, reconciliation, operations, and product teams to support coordination, knowledge sharing, and operational accountability.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of relevant experience in financial reconciliation, reporting, or a similar role. Experience in financial services, fintech, or AI-driven businesses is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. ACCA, CPA, or CMA qualifications are an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting frameworks, financial statement analysis, internal controls, and relevant compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial software. Experience with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
