Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Familiarity with accounting and tax regulations
- Experience with financial software and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and supervise team members
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional certification such as CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA is preferred
