Job Description
FINANCE SPECIALIST – TREASURY | DUBAI,
looking for an experienced finance specialist – treasury – to join its finance team.
Emarati Candidates
Experience: Relevant Treasury/Finance experience
Salary: AED 30,000 – 35,000 per month
Employment: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
The finance specialist will support treasury and financial operations, with responsibilities including:
Cash & Liquidity Management
- Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity requirements
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports
- Support effective management of working capital
Banking & Treasury Operations
- Manage relationships and coordination with banks and financial institutions
- Monitor bank accounts, transactions, and reconciliations
- Support bank facilities, guarantees, letters of credit, and other treasury activities
- Ensure timely execution of payments and fund transfers
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare treasury and cash management reports
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Monitor cash flows, funding requirements, and financial risks
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure treasury activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulations
- Support financial risk management and controls
- Monitor foreign exchange and interest-rate exposure where applicable
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and other internal teams
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external financial partners
- Provide accurate and timely financial information to senior management
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a finance professional with:
Relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial management
Strong understanding of cash management and banking operations
Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis
Strong Excel and financial systems skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality
