Job Summary
The Finance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic financial planning. The role plays a key part in managing budgeting and cash flow while maintaining financial compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor and control cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, and general ledger.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and present insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.
- Manage payroll coordination and financial transactions.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate audits and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong experience in budgeting and cash flow management (mandatory).
- Experience in supervising financial operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Cash flow management and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Understanding of financial compliance and internal controls.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software / ERP systems.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work between Cairo and Aswan (travel required).
