Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Team Leader to lead the finance team and oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, costing, cash flow, and working capital activities within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounting team
Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Manage cash flow, treasury, banking activities, and working capital
Support budgeting and financial planning and monitor performance against budget
Review product and project costing and support pricing decisions
Monitor receivables, collections, supplier payments, and credit terms
Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and cost control
Maintain effective financial controls and procedures
Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting, tax, and Zakat requirements
Ensure accurate financial data and effective use of ERP systems
Coordinate with external auditors and relevant authorities
Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management
Work closely with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or team-lead role
Strong experience in manufacturing and the end-to-end manufacturing cycle
Good understanding of the sales and commercial cycle, including costing, pricing, invoicing, collections, and profitability
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, and working capital
Experience with inventory, production costing, and manufacturing overheads
Good knowledge of Saudi tax, Zakat, and accounting requirements
Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a plus
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams
