Job Description

Tasks

  • Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

  • Oversee the finance system and maintain close collaboration with the CPA on all external accounting matters, ensuring timely provision of required documents to the CPA and the State Tax Inspectorate.

  • Process distributor bonuses and manage banking operations for local branches with accuracy and compliance.

  • Strategically plan, implement, and monitor budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with business goals.

  • Manage and deliver accurate internal and external financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly schedule.

  • Provide financial and operational support to the customer service team and contribute to additional projects assigned by the Country Manager

  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support business strategy and decision-making.

  • Support finance projects delegated by the regional team.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting/finance management, preferably in multinational companies.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and IFRS.

  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and banking operations.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic are mandatory.
