Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented FinancialAccountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support accurate financial reporting across the business. This is a hands-on role covering accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, month-end support, and internal finance coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and collections follow-up
- Prepare and post journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close activities
- Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support preparation of internal financial reports and variance analysis as required
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting by tracking costs, spend, and project-related expenses
- Coordinate with operations and procurement to ensure expenses and revenues are captured correctly
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards
- Prepare audit support documentation and coordinate with external auditors when needed
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting accuracy
- Support ad hoc finance tasks as required
Your Profile (Skills & Experience)
- 3+ years of experience in an accounting role (SME experience is a plus)
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA are an advantage)
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong Excel / spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting)
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills
- Clear communicator, able to work with multiple internal stakeholders
- Able to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Must have the legal right to work in the UAE (or be able to obtain it)

- AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month (based on experience)
