Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join our real estate company in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in accounting within the UAE real estate industry and be knowledgeable in UAE VAT, IFRS, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and file UAE VAT returns.
- Record and reconcile property sales, rental income, commissions, and other real estate transactions.
- Process agent commissions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with budgeting, audits, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
- Mandatory experience in a UAE real estate company.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, IFRS, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
