Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Administrative Assistant located in Giza. The Financial Administrative Assistant will handle and support administrative processes, billing, invoicing, and financial tasks. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in administrative workflows, preparing invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial and administrative procedures. The individual will collaborate closely with various departments to support daily operations and maintain efficiency in the office environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Processes and Administrative Assistance
  • Experience with Billing Process and Invoicing
  • Understanding of Finance principles and procedures
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word) and accounting software
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an on-site working environment
