Financial Advisor - Life Insurance (UAE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide financial planning and wealth protection solutions to individuals and families, helping clients achieve their financial goals through life insurance, savings, investment, and protection products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of life insurance, savings, and investment clients.
• Provide professional financial advisory services to expatriate and HNW (High Net Worth) clients.
• Assess clients financial needs and recommend suitable protection, savings, and investment solutions.
• Present and promote life insurance, retirement planning, education planning, and wealth accumulation products.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and ongoing support.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, including CBUAE, IA, and SCA guidelines.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, Real Estate, or Financial Services.
• Proven experience in consultative sales and client relationship management.
• Basic understanding of life insurance, savings, and investment products.
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with expatriate clients.
• Existing professional network in the UAE market is an advantage.
• Financial advisory or insurance-related certifications are preferred

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month
