Financial Advisory (Non-Islamic Bank)

1. Assist in the preparation of high-impact pitch-books and presentation materials for internal and client-facing use
2. Build and review detailed financial models to support rating advisory and capital structuring mandates
3. Support in conducting industry research, peer bench-marking, and credit analysis to assess client positioning
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies (e.g., rating agencies) throughout the transaction life-cycle
5. Participate in client meetings, contribute to deal execution, and ensure timely delivery of key project milestones
6. Monitor and track rating actions, market developments, and regulatory updates relevant to the region

Requirements:

• UAE National with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, Big 4 strategy, or private equity
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint pitch preparation and Excel-based financial modeling
• Clear understanding of capital markets, corporate credit, and rating agency methodologies is a plus
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
