Propose and provide recommendations on how to contribute to preparing policies and procedures related to the department's activities.
Provide the necessary technical information and guidance to employees to enable them to perform their work effectively.
Participate with the department manager in selecting and hiring staff for the department.
Cooperate with the department manager in directing newly hired employees working in the department.
Supervise the implementation of financial and accounting policies approved by the Finance Department.
Conduct periodic performance evaluations for all department employees.
Ensure all employees fully understand the department's policies and procedures related to its activities.
Supervise the preparation of financial reports and ensure they are delivered on time with the required quality and in line with best practices and standards.
Oversee the use and implementation of the ERP financial system of the Finance Department.
