Exciting Opportunity for Financial Analyst – Corporate Finance (Automotive Industry)

Are you a detail-oriented Financial Analyst looking to grow your career in a dynamic automotive corporate environment Ali & Sons Group is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities while providing meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making across our automotive operations.

This role offers strong exposure to business performance analysis, financial reporting, and engagement with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Monitor financial performance and identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

• Analyze revenue, cost structures, margins, and operational KPIs related to automotive operations

• Assist in preparing management reports and presentations for senior leadership

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within ERP and reporting systems

• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies

• Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial inputs and clarify variances

• Assist in evaluating business cases, investments, and cost-optimization initiatives

• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Certification: CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA (preferred)

• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance

• Skills & Abilities: Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools; ERP system experience preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance stakeholders

• Automotive industry experience is an advantage
