Key Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  
  

Professional Certifications

• Full Professional / Intermediate certification in Finance, such as:
• ACA / ACA Inter
• CMA
• CPA
• CFA
• ACCA
• CIMA
• Equivalent certification preferred.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in:
• Financial Reporting
• MIS
• Accounting
  
  

Nature Of Experience

• UAE experience with government, semi-government organizations, and/or multinational companies is preferred.
  
  

Professional Profile

Results-driven finance professional with strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of management reports and presentations. Possesses a solid understanding of international accounting standards, including IFRS and IPSAS, and demonstrates the ability to perform root cause analysis and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools, with practical experience working with ERP systems to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.

A highly effective communicator with fluent written and spoken English skills and the ability to interpret and present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences. Adept at translating technical data into meaningful insights for stakeholders with varying levels of subject matter knowledge. Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
