About the Role

We are seeking exceptional Financial Analysts at both Specialist and Senior levels to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess strong analytical capabilities, extensive financial modeling expertise, and a proven track record in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Modeling: Develop comprehensive financial models, conduct valuation analyses, and prepare detailed investment recommendations

• Credit Risk Assessment: Perform thorough credit analysis, evaluate counterparty risk, and assess portfolio performance metrics

• Research & Due Diligence: Execute fundamental analysis, industry research, and competitive assessments to support investment decisions

• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare executive-level reports, investment committee materials, and client presentations

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Specialist Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Senior Level: 4-6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis

Industry Background:

• Strong preference for candidates with credit analyst experience
• A financial services industry background highly valued
• Buy-side experience strongly preferred

Professional Certifications:

• Senior Level: CFA designation preferred
• Specialist Level: FMVA (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst) certification preferred

Essential Skills & Competencies

Technical Expertise:

• Advanced proficiency in valuation methodologies (DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, Precedent Transactions)
• Expert-level financial modeling capabilities
• Strong understanding of credit analysis frameworks and risk assessment
• knowledge of Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, or similar platforms
