Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to study and evaluate the company's performance by researching and analyzing financial data, preparing financial models and reports, and providing insights that support top management in making operational, financial, and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily sales reports.
- Prepare monthly financial performance reports and detailed P&L analysis.
- Prepare monthly reports including:
- Sales Commission
- GL Analysis
- TB Analysis
- Active Members Report
- Sales Drill Down
- Prepare monthly presentations and files:
- Monthly Financials Presentation
- Shops P&L
- Price Mix Analysis
- Realized Price File
- Ratios File
- Prepare quarterly presentations and data files for:
- Executive Committee
- Board of Directors
- Audit Committee
- Investor Relations
- Compare actual performance with plans/forecasts and highlight variances with corrective action recommendations.
- Support Cost & Budgeting team in preparing the annual budget by providing performance insights.
- Perform any related ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications
