Job Summary:

One of our clients are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Financial Analyst to join our client's investment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth equity research, analyzing financial performance, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing actionable insights to support investment decisions and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive equity research and financial analysis of listed companies and potential investment opportunities.
Develop and maintain financial models, including forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
Analyze financial statements, market trends, industry developments, and company fundamentals.
Prepare detailed investment research reports, financial presentations, and recommendations for senior management and investment committees.
Perform valuation methodologies, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
Monitor portfolio performance, market developments, and key financial indicators.
Identify investment risks, opportunities, and factors that may impact company valuations.
Collaborate with investment, finance, and senior management teams to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure research and analysis comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal investment policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or CFA qualification is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, equity research, investment banking, asset management, or a related field.
Strong specialization in equity research and fundamental financial analysis.
Proven experience in financial modeling, company valuation, and investment research.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and industry analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
