Next Match AI LLC is seeking an analytical, forward-thinking Financial Analyst to join our global finance team. As our AI-driven recruitment and digital identity verification platforms scale across North America and the GCC, tracking our unit economics, subscription metrics, and capital efficiency is paramount.

Operating remotely from within the UAE, you will play a critical role in evaluating platform performance, building robust predictive models, and optimizing financial workflows. You will transform complex transactional data into strategic insights, collaborating directly with our core operational hub in Abu Dhabi.

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build, maintain, and refine sophisticated rolling 12-month cash flow and revenue models for our B2B SaaS platform.
• SaaS Metrics Analytics: Track and report on critical SaaS metrics, including Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Cross-Border Reconciliation: Analyze multi-currency subscription flows and payout structures, ensuring seamless efficiency between international banking entities.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Generate high-fidelity monthly financial dossiers and variance reports to support executive decision-making and capital allocation.
• Process Optimization: Partner with internal teams to evaluate the commercial scaling and unit economics of our cloud infrastructure and HR API integrations.

• Proven Finance Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Corporate Accountant, or a similar corporate finance role in the UAE.
• Advanced Tool Mastery: Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling, macros, and financial functions); familiarity with cloud accounting systems (Xero, QuickBooks) or BI tools is a strong plus.
• Analytical Precision: Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, IFRS standards, and multi-currency reconciliations.
• Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to clearly articulate financial data to cross-functional leaders.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
