Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for real estate investments and portfolio analysis

Conduct in-depth market research and provide data-driven insights

Present comprehensive financial analyses and recommendations to senior management

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the business

Support the development of strategies to optimize the portfolio and drive business growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum 46 years of experience
• Proven expertise in real estate financial modeling, including DCF, sensitivity analysis, scenario planning, and other advanced techniques
• Strong background in investment analysis and portfolio management within both commercial and residential real estate
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of market trends, risk assessment practices, and valuation methodologies

Work Conditions:

• location: Sheraton, Cairo
• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
• Working hours: 10:00am to 06:00pm
