We're Hiring: Financial Analyst
We are looking for a Financial Analyst with 35 years of experience in the corporate sector to join our finance team and support data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Monitor and report on KPIs, budgets, and financial performance
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends or cost-saving opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
- Assist in business cases, investment analysis, and ad-hoc financial modeling
- Collaborate with departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
- Maintain financial databases and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support internal auditing activities, including reviewing processes, controls, and compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 35 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, or similar) is a plus
- Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- FMVA (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst) certification preferred
