About the role :

We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team! If you're passionate about finance, accounting, compliance, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare financial estimations, forecasts, and budgets.
• Handle core accounting activities and financial reporting.
• Track monthly revenue and cost for each client to support financial reporting and analysis.
• Manage GST and TDS compliances, including quarterly TDS filings.
• Track employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
• Monitor client payments and maintain accurate receivables records.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and prepaid expense schedules.
• Support internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Work with internal teams to improve financial processes and reporting.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with GST and TDS compliances.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Razorpay and Zoho software is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
