Key Responsibilities
Design and elevate Investor Relations presentations, including:
- Earnings presentations (ppt, quarterly & annual)
- Investor decks, factbooks, CMD materials, and ad-hoc capital-markets content
- Translate financial data, KPIs, charts, and tables into clear, intuitive, and impactful visuals
- Apply strong visual hierarchy so key messages and numbers stand out immediately
- Ensure consistency of style, typography, spacing, color, and layout across all materials
- Partner with IR and Finance teams to challenge clutter, simplify narratives, and sharpen key messages
- Maintain and evolve templates, slide libraries, and style guides for investor materials
- Ensure outputs meet the standards expected by global institutional investors, analysts, and regulators
Core Skills & Capabilities
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills (non-negotiable): advanced layouts, charts, infographics, master slides
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word for long-form, investor-grade documents
- Ability to work with complex financial content (income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, KPIs, ratios)
- Strong sense of data visualisation and financial storytelling
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and last-mile refinement
- Familiarity with additional tools, and ability to leverage AI tools, is a plus
