Manager Financial Control

Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia

One of our prestigious clients is seeking a highly qualified Manager Financial Control to lead financial governance, reporting, and compliance functions within their organization.

This role is ideal for a strategic finance professional with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities.

Key Requirements & Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards (IAS / IFRS)
  • Proven expertise in financial controls, governance, and cash flow management
  • Solid understanding of VAT, ZATCA, and GOSI regulations in KSA
  • Experience working with ERP systems (MS Dynamics is a strong advantage)
  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent is highly preferred
