Financial Control/ Reporting/ Insurance Specialists/ Managers for EPC Infrastructure Company in UAE
Procer recruits on behalf of our client, a Major EPC Infrastructure Company in Abu dhabi, the following roles in the Financial Department
- Financial Dept
- Collection Officer: min.10 yrs of experience, experience in construction sector a must
- Own the end-to-end collection of outstanding receivables from clients, with a focus on accelerating cash conversion and reducing overdue balances
- Identify and resolve administrative or documentation bottlenecks delaying certification or payment, coordinating with Projects, Commercial, and Finance teams
- Provide regular reporting on collections, overdue receivables, DSO, cash forecasts, and key collection risks
- Financial Controller / Finance Business Partner -15 yrs of experience, experience in construction sector a must
- Act as the finance business partner embedded within an assigned subsidiary, supporting subsidiary management while maintaining a strong functional reporting line to Group Finance
- Own and challenge the subsidiary's financial performance, including revenue, profitability, margins, cash flow, working capital, and project-level performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial reporting for the subsidiary
- Insurance Manager – Operational / Corporate Insurance - min.15 yrs of experience, experience in construction sector a must
- Own and manage the Group's operational and corporate insurance portfolio, excluding employee medical/health insurance
- Manage relevant insurance coverage across construction/project risks, property, plant and equipment, motor/fleet, marine, liability, professional indemnity, and other operational risks
- Lead insurance renewals and placements, working with brokers, insurers, subsidiaries, and internal stakeholders
- Review major contracts, projects, and business activities to identify insurance requirements, coverage gaps, exclusions, and potential exposures
- Manage insurance claims from notification through settlement, coordinating with internal teams and external parties
- Financial & Performance Reporting Officer , min 12 yrs of experience, experience in construction sector a must
- Own the preparation of regular Group-level financial performance reporting for the GCEO, GCFO, and executive management
- Consolidate subsidiary performance and provide clear Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast analysis across key financial metrics
- Own and regularly update the Group business performance scorecard, consolidating financial and non-financial KPIs across subsidiaries and corporate functions
- Develop management dashboards highlighting performance gaps, trends, risks, key variances, and areas requiring intervention
- Coordinate with subsidiary Finance teams and functional owners to ensure consistent definitions, accurate data, and timely submissions
