We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller / Finance Manager with strong automotive industry experience. The role will work closely with vehicle manufacturers (OEMs) and internal business teams to manage financial planning, pricing strategy, budgeting, and overall financial performance of the automotive business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the automotive division
- Work closely with OEM principals on financial reporting, pricing structures, and commercial performance
- Analyze vehicle pricing, margins, and profitability across different models and product lines
- Monitor vehicle ordering plans and financial impact related to inventory and sales targets
- Prepare financial forecasts based on market demand, sales pipeline, and business strategy
- Control costs and monitor financial performance to ensure business targets are achieved
- Prepare monthly financial reports, management reports, and variance analysis
- Support management with financial insights for business decisions and growth planning
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and operations teams on financial planning and performance
Qualifications and Skills
- 10+ years of finance experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong experience working with automotive OEM principals and dealer networks
- Experience in pricing strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of vehicle ordering cycles, inventory planning, and profitability management
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and management accounting
