About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the company's financial operations, reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. In this leadership role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, support strategic decision-making, and drive financial efficiency across the organization.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, with a strong understanding of Saudi regulations and international accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, Saudi regulations, and company financial policies.
- Develop and maintain effective internal control systems.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and operational expenditures.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Ensure timely tax filings and regulatory reporting.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Improve financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support business growth and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, SOCPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.
- Previous experience in a Financial Controller or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
