A fast-growing financial services and proptech business, active across traditional and digital asset classes, is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of its end-to-end finance operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong reporting, budgeting, and audit experienceideally with exposure to high-growth environments and crypto/digital assets.

Mission:

Keep the company financially strong by creating budgets, planning for the future, controlling costs, minimising risks, and managing all financial processes smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver accurate aged payable reports (1st & 15th each month max 1 error)

Publish monthly variance reports (max 2 adjustments per cycle)

Close books within 10 days of month-end (with no more than 1 minor error)

Implement cost control measures to reduce unnecessary spend by 10% by Q4

Manage brand-level budgets within 10% of forecasts (with quarterly reviews)

Oversee audits for PC Holdings LLC (20212023) & ensure 2024 audit-readiness

Finalise Prop Real Estate 2024 & settle intercompany balances

Roll out and integrate entity & portfolio management tools by end of Q4

What You'll Need:

• Strong accounting and financial analysis background
• Eye for detail and a data-driven mindset
• Experience with audits, book closure, and variance analysis
• Advanced forecasting and budgeting capability
• Confidence working across multiple brands/entities
• Bonus: exposure to crypto, fintech, or proptech sectors
