Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, cost control, and risk management.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or professional certification such as CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- High level of analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
