Our manufacturing facilities in the USA, China, UAE and Saudi Arabia specialized in the production of complete Christmas Trees and Wellhead component, high pressure API 6A Gate Valves, Surface Safety Valves, Acturators, Choke Valves, along with API 6D Trunnion-mounted Ball Valves, Floating Ball Valves, Metal Seated Ball Valves, Shut-Off Pig Valves, Control Valves and repair parts. 

Role Description

TVC has recently established its first MENA manufacturing facility in Kezad, Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are looking for an experienced financial controller to join our multi-national team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kezad freezone.

Role Requirement:

Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, Master degree desired

Experience: 10-15 years relevant working experience in finance or accounting (with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment)

Certifications: Active CPA, ACCA, CMA or CA Certification Required, with ECPA desired

Language: Fluent in both English and Chinese, note Chinese is compulsory as this person will talk to China finance manager. Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.

Familiar with UAE Corporate Tax Law, IFRS filing, VAT, and requirements to operate in Abu Dhabi Freezone

Proficiency with ERP system (Odoo experience preferred)

Attributes: A startup mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, willing to be hands-on with transactional data, and capable of strategic advising.

The financial controller will have dual reporting line to the Executive VP/GM and global CFO

Responsibilities:

• Managing TVC's finance for two companies(one trading and one manufacturing) in UAE, working with external accounting firm 
• Cost Accounting: Implement unit-costing models to provide accurate pricing strategies and product-line profitability analysis.
• Tax & Regulatory Compliance:
• Corporate Tax (CT): Oversee the first full cycle of CT filing and registration
• VAT & E-Invoicing: Lead the implementation of e-invoicing.
• Manage VAT returns under 2026 simplified rules
• Financial Reporting: Prepare IFRS-compliant monthly and annual financial statements, maintaining the required 7-year record history.
• Internal Controls: Establish SOPs for procurement-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles specifically tailored to a manufacturing environment to mitigate fraud and leakage.
• Audit Readiness: Act as the lead for external audits including but not limited to QFZP audits, ICV, LRIP, and ETIP.
