What This Role Is About

Our client is seeking a Finance Director, based in Abu Dhabi, to lead the financial strategy and oversee all finance operations across the organization.

This role will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring strong financial governance and compliance across the business.

You will work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights, support operational decision-making, and drive financial performance.

You will also play a key role in strengthening financial controls, improving reporting processes, and supporting the organization's long-term growth and operational efficiency.

The Client's Definition of the Ideal Fit

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, such as Finance Director or Head of Finance.
• Experience in manufacturing, heavy metals, or machinery industries is a must.
• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of cost control, operational finance, and financial governance.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and provide strategic financial guidance.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
