What This Role Is About

Our client is seeking a Finance Director, based in Cairo, to lead the finance function and drive financial strategy across the organisation.

This role will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and support key business decisions.

You will also play a critical role in strengthening financial controls, improving processes, and leading the finance team to support long-term business growth.

The Client's Definition of the Ideal Fit

• IPO experience is a must.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of financial governance, internal controls, and compliance.
• Strong ability to partner with senior leadership and drive strategic decision-making.
• Must be based in Egypt or able to permanently relocate without visa requirements.
