Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA/CIMA) or equivalent with senior financial management experience in FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong experience in financial planning, treasury management, and capital deployment.
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for multi-product FMCG businesses.
- Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and working with regulatory authorities.
- Experience supporting strategic growth initiatives, including new product launches or business expansion.
- Ability to design financial frameworks for operational and investment decision-making.
