Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance with local and international standards
• Support property acquisition, leasing, and investment decisions with financial analysis
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies
• Develop financial strategies aligned with business growth and market trends

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in finance leadership within the real estate or property management sector
• CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred
• Based in the UAE
