Finance Director — Kuwait
Diversified Multi-Entity Group | Direct Chairman Access | All Nationalities
We are a privately owned, diversified group of companies operating across Kuwait / GCC — retail, services, contracting, and trading. We are hiring a Finance Director to professionalise our finance function, standardise reporting across entities, and serve as the Chairman's primary financial advisor.
The role covers:
→ Group financial strategy and controls
→ Banking relationships and investment evaluation
→ Budgeting, cash management, and working capital
→ Team leadership across entity finance teams
You must have:
→ 12+ years in senior finance leadership
→ Multi-entity or group finance experience in the GCC
→ Currently based in Kuwait — mandatory
Big 4 background, CMA/ACCA/CPA, and ERP experience are strong advantages.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with direct access to the Chairman and real authority to build something lasting.
