Immediate Financial Diagnostics: Execute an end-to-end buy-side or sell-side financial due diligence mechanism for a target entity within the manufacturing sector immediately upon deployment.
Quality of Earnings (QofE) Optimization: Perform detailed normalize EBITDA analysis, identifying one-off items, adjustments for unrecorded liabilities, inventory write-offs, and factory overhead variances.
Working Capital & Net Debt Assessment: Conceptualize net debt positions and define complex working capital pegs/seasonality profiles standard to industrial production and raw material supply chains.
Operational Contextualization: Review capital expenditure (CapEx) pipelines, factory utilization records, plant depreciation methods, and scrap value allocations to isolate true earnings capacity.

Industrial Competence: Proven track record auditing or conducting transactional diligence on manufacturing, supply-chain heavy, or large-scale processing companies.
Years of Experience: 4 to 8 years of dedicated financial due diligence or advanced transaction advisory experience. Professional Charters: Possession of a globally recognized professional qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or CFA) is highly preferred.
Analytical Ecosystems: High proficiency in building data-driven financial models, with exposure to modern analytical environments (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, or advanced Excel models).
Availability: Absolute immediate availability to onboard and kick off the first assignment in Dubai.
Compensation & Engagement Terms
Engagement Framework: Contract-based / Project-based day-rate or fixed-fee per task, structured in total compliance with UAE project-consulting corporate standards.
Immediate Launch: Assignment 1 begins day one post-onboarding. Compensation will be disbursed based on clear project milestones.
