Financial Lead

Salary: 15,000 - 17,000 AED Based on experience

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant based in Dubai to join our finance team. This role is vital to ensuring the companys financial compliance, reporting accuracy, and strategic financial planning in accordance with country&aposs regulations and VAT laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

Ensure compliance with tax laws, including VAT filings and related documentation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation

Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities when required

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities

Ensure compliance with labor, financial, and commercial laws as they pertain to financial matters

Implement and maintain strong internal controls and procedures

Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making

Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Masters or CPA/CA qualification is a plus)

510 years of accounting experience.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, or other ERP systems)

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
