Position title: Financial Leasing Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the company's financial leasing business development and expansion plans, achieve operational performance targets, and effectively control risks.
- Collect and analyze relevant information, related policies and regulations, and the latest trends in the leasing industry. Propose suggestions for developing leasing businesses, exploring and maintaining customer resources, and sustaining cooperative client relationships.
- Formulate leasing proposals and project contracts, conduct due diligence, prepare due diligence reports and project initiation reports, implement pre-lease management, and execute fund disbursement and other operational tasks.
- Implement post-lease project management, collect materials for project post-evaluation, monitor and analyze the business activities of lessees to ensure the full and timely recovery of lease payments.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in business management, accounting, finance or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in leasing business within a financial leasing company in UAE. Must possess the ability to independently undertake leasing projects and have a thorough command of financial leasing theory and industry policies.
- Possess a certain base of resources/network in the financial leasing business.
- Strong communication skills. Proficiency in English as a working language.
- Needs to have a valid UAE Driving License.
