InfoPlot Consulting is looking for a Financial Manager to take ownership of the company's day-to-day financial operations and to act as our financial representative externally.

This is a role that is both hands-on and strategic: you will run the numbers that guide our investment, financing and partnership decisions, and you will be the face of the company in front of banks, commercial chambers and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and control daily financial activities, transactions and cash position
• Prepare, review and analyse the financial statements
• Manage the company's tax position, filings and compliance
• Represent InfoPlot before banks, commercial chambers and official bodies
• Review contracts from a financial and commercial risk perspective
• Prepare buy-vs-lease, ROI and feasibility studies for management
• Secure and manage financing and funding facilities
• Manage partner and shareholder relations, including dividends
• Support alliances and partnerships with modelling and due diligence
• Run the company's financial processes on Odoo
  
  

Must Have

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager or equivalent
• Hands-on experience using Odoo (no Odoo certificate required)
• Financial statements, taxation and statutory compliance
• Experience dealing with banks and securing funding
• ROI and buy-vs-lease financial modelling
• Contract review with an eye for financial risk
• Excellent English, written and spoken

• CMA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Consulting or professional services background
• Experience structuring partnerships and joint ventures
• Experience with Odoo Accounting localisation
