Key Responsibilities:
- Drive financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the organization
- Oversee cash flow management, cost control, financial performance, and risk mitigation
- Lead financial reporting, external audits, compliance, and monthly/year-end closing cycles
- Support senior management with data-driven financial insights and decision support
- Ensure strong internal controls and alignment with regulatory and corporate governance standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or professional certification is a strong plus)
- Preferred Industries:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance roles, preferably within Industrial, Furniture, Woodworking, Manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools
- High level of leadership, integrity, and strategic thinking
